My wife and I had always used a mobile service guy out of Toledo, OH to do our repair work and trusted that he knew what he was doing. Fortunately, we couldn't get ahold of him in an emergency and managed to find a closer technician on this site that not only made it out the same day, but found that some previous repairs were done wrong... Moral of the story, get a second opinion as it could save your life when dealing in RV's!
